This policy covers the Protos Gaming storefront and related customer services, operated under the Protos Computers & Gaming brand. Our store and contact details appear below. Contact us with questions about this policy or the handling of your information.

Information we handle

Depending on the features you use, we handle your name, email address, telephone number, account details, order items and order history. Delivery, invoice and business details are handled when you provide them for an order or reseller application. We also handle information you include in support messages.

Our services process technical information needed to serve and protect the website, such as IP addresses, request details and error logs. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in messages or product artwork unless necessary.

Why we use information

We use information to provide accounts, respond to enquiries, process and fulfil orders, arrange delivery, provide warranty and after-sales support, and maintain transaction records. We also use relevant technical information to prevent misuse and keep the service working.

The basis for processing depends on the purpose: providing a requested service or fulfilling a contract, meeting legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and securing the business, or consent where required. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Cookies and saved preferences

Account features use session cookies. Your browser also stores cart and wishlist items and your chosen currency so these preferences can be restored. You can clear this information through your browser settings; doing so may sign you out or remove saved preferences. This policy does not itself grant consent to optional tracking.

Google sign-in and Protos Gaming SEO

Where Google sign-in is available and you choose it, Google provides basic identity information such as your name, email address and profile image for account authentication. We do not receive your Google password.

Protos Gaming SEO is our staff tool for preparing product listing content and researching relevant search terms. Its Google Ads keyword-research integration is currently being configured and is not yet active. The intended integration uses an authorised business account to obtain keyword suggestions and aggregate search metrics; customers do not need to connect Google Ads accounts to shop.

Before activating that integration, we will update this policy to describe the Google permissions, data storage, retention and any third-party sharing used by the completed implementation. You can review or revoke Google connections in your Google Account settings.

Service providers and disclosure

Information relevant to providing a service may be handled by hosting and technical providers, communication services, delivery partners and professional advisers. A third-party service you choose, such as Google sign-in or a messaging platform, also handles information under its own policy. Information may be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address fraud or protect legal rights.

Providers may process information outside Albania. The applicable protections depend on the provider and the service involved; contact us for information about the providers handling your request.

Retention and security

We retain information for the purpose for which it is collected, including operating your account, completing orders, handling warranty claims and meeting applicable accounting or legal obligations. Different records may need different retention periods. Deleting an account does not necessarily remove records that must be retained by law.

Access controls and account authentication help protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your login details private and contact us if you suspect unauthorised account use.

Your requests and choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information and, where applicable, restrict or object to processing or receive a portable copy. We may need to verify your identity and explain any legal reason we cannot fulfil a request in full. Use the contact details below to make a request.

You can also raise a concern with Albania’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idp.al). If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review it.
