Death Stranding Director's Cut — make the journey count
In Death Stranding, reaching the destination is the game. Sam Bridges carries deliveries across terrain that makes you think about balance, route planning and the tools packed for the trip. Director's Cut expands that journey for PS5.

Read the terrain before setting off
A direct line is not always the easiest route. Rivers, slopes and the weight you carry change how you move. Choosing when to take extra equipment becomes part of the satisfaction of completing a difficult delivery.
What Director's Cut adds
This edition introduces additional missions, equipment and transport options, along with a Firing Range and Race Track. Those additions broaden the activities around the main story; this listing does not include Digital Deluxe cosmetic bonuses.

Connections without a conventional co-op lobby
Optional asynchronous online features allow other players' contributions to appear in the world. You are still following a single-player journey, rather than moving through the campaign beside a live co-op partner. The solo story can also be played offline.
A different pace of adventure
- Physical PS5 copy; a compatible disc drive is required.
- One player per console; PEGI 18.
- Internet is needed for shared-world features and downloads.
A good fit for players who enjoy atmosphere, deliberate preparation and stories that unfold between destinations.
