Snowman AK Black: light across the blades
The black Snowman AK puts its illuminated blades inside a dark frame, creating a clear circle of colour against a black case interior. It is a straightforward visual choice when you want the fan itself to carry the lighting theme.

A familiar mounting footprint
The AK120 ARGB uses a 120 × 120 × 25mm body. Check the mounting position and the space behind it, especially beside a radiator or a tall component. The nine-blade layout sits within padded mounting corners; tighten those corners evenly rather than forcing one side down first.
Separate the two controls
The fan uses 4-pin PWM for speed and a separate 5V 3-pin ARGB connection for lighting. A compatible motherboard or controller can manage these functions, but the two leads have different jobs. Route them together neatly while keeping their destinations clear.
Let placement do the work
Decide on intake or exhaust before arranging the visible face. Follow the airflow markings where provided, and leave the path through the case open. A neat row looks better when its cables disappear behind the mounting rail instead of crossing the blades.
Make the last checks with the panel open
Test the fan and lighting before finishing cable ties.
- Confirm the 120mm mounting position and 25mm depth.
- Match the PWM and 5V ARGB connections.
- Keep wires clear of the rotating blades.
Choose AK when illuminated blades are the look you want, then adjust the fan curve to the needs of your own system.
