XPG Valor Air Plus White: start with an accessible airflow path

The XPG Valor Air Plus White centres its design on a mesh front that is easy to remove. Four supplied 120mm ARGB fans provide a starting cooling arrangement, and the glass side lets you see the finished build. It is a practical format for a PC that will need occasional cleaning, a cable change or a later component upgrade.

Keep the intake easy to clean

The magnetic front panel comes away to provide access to the intake area. Removable filters at the front, top and bottom make cleaning more straightforward when dust builds up. Place the case so these areas stay reachable, and clean filters before they become a solid layer of dust.

The four-fan version uses three front fans and one rear fan. Choose lighting that suits the rest of the setup and adjust fan speed to the workload, rather than assuming a brighter or faster setting is always needed.

Choose the radiator position before the graphics card

A 360mm or 240mm radiator can fit at the front, with 240mm support at the top and 120mm at the rear. XPG's 340mm GPU limit is stated with the pre-installed fans; a front radiator adds thickness to that area, so check the combined layout before ordering.

For an air-cooled system, the listed CPU cooler height limit is 160mm. Compare the cooler's complete installed height, including any fan raised to clear RAM.

Connect the everyday controls early

The front I/O provides two USB 3.2 ports and a combined audio connection. Route their cables while the motherboard area is accessible. The case supports ATX, Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX boards; PSU length is limited to 170mm, so include the power-cable bundle in your space planning.

Before closing the side panel

  • Check GPU length against the chosen front cooling assembly.
  • Confirm CPU cooler height and PSU cable space.
  • Leave access to the removable filters.
  • Test fan lighting, airflow and front ports.
