Snowman CS032W: a white mesh case with accessible glass

The Snowman CS032W brings a white finish to a mesh-front Micro-ATX layout. Its glass side shows the parts without removing the panel, and the hinged opening is useful when it is time to clean, change a cable or fit an upgrade.

A mesh front with the hardware still on show

The fine mesh across the front creates an intake path for the fans you choose to install. Beside it, the hinged tempered-glass side panel opens for access to the main compartment. The combination suits a PC that will be visible on the desk and still needs convenient access for cleaning or upgrades.

Match the smaller motherboard format

The CS032 supports Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX motherboards. Snowman specifies up to 330mm of graphics-card length and 160mm of CPU-cooler height. This is a useful starting point for selecting components; check the complete card and its power connection before finalising the build.

A bottom-mounted ATX PSU keeps the power supply beneath the main component area. Plan cable lengths before securing everything behind the motherboard.

Choose a cooling layout, then the fans

The chassis supports a top 240mm radiator and a rear 120mm radiator. Fan positions include three 120mm at the front, two at the bottom, one at the rear and two 120 or 140mm at the top.

Fans are not included. Start with a sensible intake and exhaust arrangement for your hardware. Extra mounting positions give you options; they do not need to be filled simply because they are available.

Details you use after the build is finished

The top connection panel includes one USB 3.0 port, two USB 2.0 ports and separate headphone and microphone connections. Keep that panel within reach when deciding where to place the PC.

  • Confirm Micro-ATX or Mini-ITX motherboard size.
  • Check cooler height and radiator clearance.
  • Leave space beside the hinged glass panel.
