Choose the connection for the device

The USB-A LIGHTSPEED receiver connects to compatible PCs, Macs and PlayStation 4 or 5 consoles. Bluetooth provides a separate option for supported phones and other devices. Switch between the modes to match what you are using; these are not two audio sources mixed together.

Nintendo Switch Bluetooth support may require a headset firmware update. Check the instructions if a first pairing attempt fails. The USB-C port is for charging, so plan around the wireless connection instead of expecting USB wired audio.

A different microphone arrangement

Two built-in beamforming microphones replace the usual boom. There is no arm to position near your mouth or detach before storing the headset. That cleaner shape is useful when you move away from the desk.
